These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering.

Tuckvale is a trading name of Ibrahim Demir, a sole trader based in Scotland.

We are not currently registered for VAT, as our turnover is below the UK registration threshold. Prices therefore contain no VAT element and we cannot issue VAT invoices.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is free, so the price shown on the product page is the total you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order we have already confirmed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error — and if we do, we refund you in full straight away.

Product descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and state real materials and measurements. Photographs are illustrative; colours can vary slightly between screens, and items shown alongside a product to give a sense of scale are not included. Where a measurement matters, go by the figure stated rather than the photograph.

Delivery

See our shipping policy. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 30 days we will replace or refund it.

Cancellation and returns

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, message us through the contact page and we will try to resolve it. If we cannot, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or take the matter to court.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes fall to the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the right to bring a claim in your own local courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
