A borosilicate glass canister built for one job: keeping coffee tasting the way it did the day it was roasted.

The one-way CO₂ valve

Fresh-roasted beans keep giving off carbon dioxide for the first few days. Seal them straight away and pressure builds; leave them open and they go flat. Open the valve for three to five days to let the gas escape, then close it for a full airtight seal.

How do I clean it?

Glass bodies and silicone seals wash normally. Hand-wash any wooden lid and dry it straight away; a dishwasher dries the wood out and splits it.
