How do I clean it?
Glass bodies and silicone seals wash normally. Hand-wash any wooden lid and dry it straight away; a dishwasher dries the wood out and splits it.
When will it arrive?
Delivery is free, with no minimum spend. This one is held in a UK warehouse, so it is quick — the date range shown above this section is the estimate for this item. Not everything we sell is this fast; each product page carries its own dates. If the later date passes and it has not turned up, we replace or refund it — see the shipping policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Glass occasionally breaks in transit. Email us a photo and we will replace or refund it. You will not be asked to post a broken item back.
